MagicBook will delete the processed personal data when it is no longer useful for the purposes for which it was collected, or when you request its deletion, except if there is a need to maintain it for the purpose of complying with a legal or regulatory obligation, or other cases provided for in applicable legislation.

In the unlikely event of such occurrences, MagicBook will take all appropriate measures to remedy the consequences, always ensuring due transparency to everyone.

Rights

- You have the following rights regarding your personal data: -
To know if we process any of your personal data; - To request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data; - When the processing activity requires your consent, you may refuse to consent. In this case, if you request it, we will inform you of the consequences of not carrying out such activity; - When the processing activity requires your consent, you may revoke it at any time. - At this point, all requests will be conducted free of charge and subject to a form of identity validation (so that Sem Parar can be sure to direct the handling of requests exclusively to the actual data owner). - To exercise your rights as a personal data owner, send an email to admin@magicbook.tech .  - In specific circumstances, your request may not be fulfilled. In these cases, we will explain the reasons for non-compliance. - Requests involving personal data of third parties will not be fulfilled, except upon presentation of a power of attorney with specific powers, proof that you are the legal representative of the data subject, or another circumstance that authorizes you to exercise the data subject's rights.
